How this works

  1. You log what you saw. The date, the type of incident and where. Nothing is published with your name.
  2. We send it on. Incidents go to the police and the council with a time stamp, in batches, after a person has checked them.
  3. Their reply is read. An AI agent reads each reply and says whether it answers the specific ask: a named contact, patrols at the right hours, a date. It drafts a follow-up when it does not. A person approves every email before it is sent.
  4. Photos are blurred before anyone sees them here. The agencies receive photos as taken. Before a photo appears on this site, faces are blurred automatically and a person checks it. Nobody is ever named.
  5. Replies are published in full. Unedited, so anyone can judge them.
  6. The case climbs a ladder. More people means a stronger next step: a formal review, an open letter, a dossier, then press. Legal action is a last resort and nobody is added without saying yes.

This site is about how agencies respond. It does not name or accuse people on the street, and it accepts no money from anyone it holds to account.
