Shady Tactics
Quite literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my entire life. I bought a used Tacoma (this was my first time buying from a dealership) I was told the car ran perfect no problems at all even on the test drive. When I went to finish the paper work they had offered me a warranty to cover all the damages (it’s a used car so of course I got this) Not even two days after I pulled out of the lot it broke down because of a busted fuel pump. It also turned out that the “warranty” I purchased didn’t cover big ticket issues which was a complete lie by their sales department. This was only the start of the issues as I would take the car to their service department where it would sit for 2 months. As soon as I got it back the car broke down a total of 4 more times within the span of a year. Each time I would take it back the truck would come back in worse shape with wires hanging out, horn no longer working, and even the AC being broke. It got to the point where we had continuously talked to them asking for a refund or to just take the car back to which they told us it was “not their problem” in the span of almost a year and a half I had not put 100 miles on the car.
